Carroll County Electric Department is partnered with Clearwater Payments to process electronic payments. Customers who enjoy the convenience of paying their bill online (click here to pay your bill online) or by phone through Interactive Voice Response (Toll-free: 1-866-430-1822) will need your Carroll County Electric Location & Customer numbers to process the transactions.
E-CHECK PAYMENTS - MAXIMUM PAYMENT ($1,000.00) E-Check Transaction Fee: $1.25 (must have bank routing and bank account number)
Effective March 1st, 2021: E-Check Transaction Fee will increase from $1.25 to $1.50 per 3rd party payment vendor.
LIMITATIONS: Three payments can be made within a 5-day period and five payments can be made within a 30-day period.
PLEASE NOTE: Internet and telephone electronic payment information is updated in real-time. Customers who have been disconnected for non-payment and are paying the past due balance, plus reconnection fee, should call the office once the payment is made. This will ensure the serviceman is dispatched to your location to complete the reconnection. Automatic Bank Draft
The Bank Draft plan is a method of bill payment, which guarantees you will never pay a late charge. The plan will draft the amount due on your monthly billing statement from your checking or savings account on the due date. You will continue to receive regular monthly statements and it will be marked “Paid by Bank Draft”.
